365体育APP as a participant in federal 贷款 programs is required to have a code of conduct relating to student financial aid matters that is applicable 到学院’s agents and employees. The code of conduct requirements are set forth in the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) signed into law on August 14, 2008. In addition, the law includes requirements related to publication of the code and annual disclosures.

The HEOA program participation agreement which must be executed by all colleges and universities participating in Title IV financial aid programs, 包括学生贷款项目, requires a code of conduct with which the institution’s agents and employees shall comply. Such code must prohibit a conflict of interest with the responsibilities of an agent or employee of an institution with respect to such 贷款s, 并包括《365体育APP》中有关冲突的规定. The law further specifies that the code shall be displayed prominently on the institution’s website and that all institutional agents or employees with responsibilities related to such 贷款s be annually informed of the provisions of the code of conduct.

行为准则
365体育APP hereby adopts the following as its 有关学生贷款活动的行为准则 and will annually inform all 大学 agents or employees with responsibilities for student 贷款 活动 and decisions of the provisions of this code.
1. 收入分成协议. The 大学 shall not enter into any revenue-sharing arrangement with any lender.
The term “revenue-sharing arrangement” means an arrangement between the 大学 and a lender under which
- 贷款人提供或发放一笔已作出的贷款, 被保险人, or guaranteed to students attending the 大学 or to the families of such students; and
- the 大学 recommends the lender or the 贷款 products of the lender and in exchange, 贷款人支付费用或提供其他物质利益, 包括收入或利润分成, 到学院, 学院的代理人或雇员.
2. 礼物. No employee of the 大学 who is employed in the financial aid office of the 大学 or who otherwise has responsibilities with respect to education 贷款s, 或者是负责教育贷款的代理人, 不得索取或者接受贷款人的赠与, 担保人, 或教育贷款服务商.

- 有利的条件, 条件, and borrower benefits on an education 贷款 provided to a student employed by the 大学 if such terms, 条件, or benefits are comparable to those provided to all students of the 大学.
- Entrance and exit counseling services provided to borrowers to meet the 大学’s responsibilities for entrance and exit counseling as required by law, 只要学院的工作人员控制咨询, (无论是亲自或通过电子方式), and such counseling does not promote the products or services of any specific lender.

3. 服务补偿. 代理人或雇员 who is employed in the financial aid office of the 大学 or who otherwise has responsibilities with respect to education 贷款s shall not accept from any lender or affiliate of any lender any fee, 付款, or other financial benefit (including the opportunity to purchase stock) as compensation for any type of consulting arrangement or other contract to provide services to a lender or on behalf of a lender relating to education 贷款s. 本款的任何规定不得解释为禁止:
- 代理人或雇员 of the 大学 who is not employed in the 大学’s financial aid office and who does not otherwise have responsibilities with respect to education 贷款s, 从执行有偿或无偿服务的贷款人的董事会, 担保人, 或教育贷款服务商.

- 代理人或雇员, 或者贷款人的承包商, 担保人, 或教育贷款服务商 from serving as a member of the 大学 校董会 if the trustee recuses themself from participation in any decision regarding education 贷款s at the 大学.
制裁
An employee that violates this 行为准则 shall be disciplined in a manner consistent with applicable 大学 policies, 程序或集体谈判协议. 纪律处分可能包括终止在学院的雇佣关系.
